Year 7 PD/H/PE

Theory
Keeping healthy, connecting myself, managing change, taking care and reducing risk.
  Practical
Gymnastics-balancing, cross country, athletics, sofcrosse, polo hockey, dance, minor games.

Year 8 PD/H/PE

Theory
Emergency care, looking out for myself, fighting fit, drugs know the risks, first aid,  drug use and abuse, cannabis, child protection.

 

Practical
Gymnastics (springing), cross country, fitness testing, athletics, basketball, volleyball, t-ball, softball, cricket, soccer, oztag.

Year 9 PD/H/PE

Theory
Respectful relationships, sexual health, mind matters, mental health,finding the right health information, life's challenges and active for life.

  Practical
Net court games, tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, touch football, European handball, designer games.

Year 10 PD/H/PE

Theory
Celebrate safely, overcoming adversity, student negotiated advocacy project.

  Practical
Aerobics, European handball, softball, volleyball, tennis, touch football, football, student negotiated physical activity.

Year 11 and 12 - 2 unit PD/H/PE
Course available subject to sufficient participation by students.
