Why Can't I See The Virtual Tour Image?
To view the virtual tour you will need to have Java turned on in your browser. Without Java turned on the Java Applet will not load and you will not see an image. To turn Java on in your browser simply locate your preferences menu which is commonly found under the 'File' or 'Edit' menus. Check the box 'Enable Java' under 'Java Options'. Depending upon your browser type and operating system the enable Java check box may be located under different menus in your preferences. Once you have turned Java on click 'OK' and reload the page. The virtual tour image should now start loading.
If you are using dial up internet access with a 56k modem to view the virtual tour then each image may take a little while to load. The status bar will tell you how much of the virtual tour image has loaded.
How Do I Rotate Around The Room?
Place your mouse over the virtual tour image, hold down your mouse button and drag the cursor left, right, up or down to rotate around the room. You can also use the auto tour buttons located on the navigation bar to navigate around the room.
To zoom in and out on the image click on the + and - buttons located on the navigation bar, or hold down the 'a' key on your keyboard to zoom in and the 'z' key to zoom out.

What Is A Hot Spot?
A 'Hot Spot' is a link which is mapped onto the virtual tour image itself. When you move your cursor over a hot spot the hot spot icon will appear and your cursor will change to the hand icon. A small text hint will be displayed. Click on the hot spot or anywhere on the image where the hand cursor is displayed and a window will pop up displaying more information about the item you have clicked. You can also click on the show/hide hot spots button on the navigation tool bar to see where the hot spots are located.
